I have a large 4-Bedroom house on Staten Island, short walk from the free ferry to lower Manhattan.
There is a room available on the second floor for one person each for $850/mo each plus share of utilities. The room is about 13 x 13 and has a built-in closet.
There is a large kitchen with plenty of storage and eat-at bar and beautiful, shady garden in the back with a pergola. Also, a full unfinished basement with worktable and room for storage, W/D.
It's nice and quiet here, yet one is quickly in the city. (40 minutes to South Ferry, Manhattan, including walk from the house).
There is one bathroom in the house to be shared by the residents.The room would only be for ONE person. NO pets, please.
