I'm a grad student who's doing my last year of studying. I am a non-smoker, have no pet, and only do light drinking occasionally.

Looking for no less than 6 months lease starting from mid/late Sep 2020 preferred with at least one female roommate. Prefer non-smoker or at least someone who can always smoke outside.

My budget is around $500 ~ $650. It can be stretched to $700ish but only when the rent included at least some of the utilities if not all. The ideal room shall be no less than 150 sq ft & I'm ok if it comes with a shared bathroom.

I don't expect we can be good friends (ideally we can be), but other than split the rent, I won't ignore you if you'd like to chat.
