Hello! My name is Chris, and I am a 21 year old student from Southern California, looking for a space to stay in for the Summer of 2023. I am seeking a room to rent as I could be starting a Summer Internship in the Midtown area for a Broadway casting agency.

I am a really fun, outgoing, and organized person. Being social is my thing, and I love the theater scene. I catch onto rules very quickly, and am very respectful and responsible whenever given rules or boundaries.

I hope to find a space that is LGBTQ+ friendly.

My maximum budget is $1,500/month.

My dates of stay are TBD, but would be End of May/Early June until Mid/Late August (3 Months).
