Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my roommates lease in the upper private portion of a 2 bed / 2 bath duplex in Bushwick starting mid December or Jan 1st (move-in date is flexible).

Natural light throughout. At its core this is two, one bedroom apartments in one. Each floor features a spacious living area with direct access to a balcony, full bath, queen size bedroom in addition to multiple closets. The kitchen is on the main floor which features brand new appliances including dishwasher. Laundry in the basement as well. There’s also access to a rooftop!

- Rent: $2,100/month total
- Private AC/heat on each floor
- Lease takeover (flexible date)
- Private upstairs area with bathroom + balcony
- One friendly cat in the home
- Trains: JMZ access (3 blocks to Central Ave M)
- Landlord requires income > 85k

I'm Bruno, a 30-year-old guy who’s chill, clean, and easy to live with. I have a super sweet cat named Mina. She’s very friendly and loves people. I’ve attached a picture of us together. No other pets unfortunately, sorry.

It’s a great setup for someone who wants privacy but doesn’t want to live totally alone. I’m looking for an easygoing, young professional who’s interested in creating a peaceful and respectful shared living environment.
