Me and my boyfriend are a young couple looking for a roommate to fill our second bedroom as soon as possible. Located in a luxury apartment in Irvine. There is a resort style pool, hot tub, rooftop deck, game room, gym, business center, and yoga studio. We don’t have pets or children. Never any guests over. The apartment had Modern furnishings. We are very clean and organized. My boyfriend works 6 days a week and isn’t home often. The rent includes all utilities and internet and garage parking. We pay about $4,000 a month.
