Hello, we are looking for a 3rd (preferably) female roommate since the bathroom is shared. We are at Decatur Highlands (run by Cortland). You will have your own room and walk-in closet. One roommate has a cat and small dog - both are chill once they get to know you and mostly hang out in her room. Rent is $719 each and power is around $30-40 each. Xfinity $22 each. We have renters insurance seperately. W/D in unit, dishwasher, pool and workout room on premises, mailroom, gated, MARTA access.
