I'm quiet and I work online. I'm the kind of person who's happy to live in my room and just use the shared areas as shared areas. Keep them clean, leave them like you found them etc. I have cats but they are content living in the room with me as well and don't have any necessity to be out and about in the house unless approved. I work 8:00am-5:00pm Sunday-Thursday and I'm in my space and quiet. I am also in a long distance relationship so I generally will not have guests unless the borders open up.
