Looking for a male roommate to move in as soon as possible. The room is available to be moved into now. Rent is around $680 a month plus utilizes. Utilizes usually cost around $250 equalling approximately $930 a month for everything. The house is an older model but it’s very spacious as well as being conveniently located very close to Arizona State University. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (which will be shared since the master bathroom is occupied). Includes a private pool, indoor laundry units, additional bar room with fireplace, and car port/street parking. The two of us living here are 22 and 24 years old, we’re very welcoming and friendly ASU students. Also our current lease ends July 31st 2021 however, the room is available now since our old roommate has already moved out. A new tenant can be added to the lease fairly simply but you’ll need a security deposit which is the amount of one months rent. Reach out to me for more information if anyone is interested.
