Hey!
My name is Jacob. My girlfriend and I are seeking a room and private bath in the Phx (Tempe/Scottsdale/Mesa/Gilbert) area for max 650/m Utilities/internet included. I'm a 23 year old male whos mature and looking for a comfortable living situation. We would preferer a gated community but anywhere safe would work too. We both cook a lot but clean up after ourselves and are very courteous of others privacy. I currently have 2 part-time jobs and my girlfriend works from home. We have one car so a parking spot would be needed. All of our belongings pack into the car so we wont be bring a lot. We are responsible, respectful and communicate thoroughly. If you have a room that is available for us to come look at, we would love to see it!
