I am a fun, friendly, considerate person, that likes to meet new people.
I moved out here a couple years ago from Ohio. I keep things neat and clean but not over the top.
Would like to be around $700 or close and would like a walk in closet and pool. Not deal breakers, just a preference. I would like to be able to have a guest over one or two nights a week, to just chill and watch tv in my room. I have a steady income and can pay rent and deposit upon request.
Would like a room to rent by August. Willing to rent month to month or on a longer lease if you prefer or after we live together. I get along with most anyone, no matter their age.
