Hey everyone! I’m in a pretty messed up situation. My best friend of a decade and my roommate is leaving after doing me dirty. I’m in need of a new roommate to cover his half of the rent. We split everything evenly, rent and utilities. Rent is 1100 a month plus valet trash and water so about 1200 ish and utilities are about 240. All in all your rent will be less than 800 for your bedroom, private bathroom, living room and kitchen (those 2 shared obviously). I’m a decently quiet guy, I like doing my own thing in my room but also enjoy hanging out and getting to know my roommate. If that’s not you, no worries, I can work with it.
