Hi! I'm looking for 1- 2 LGBTQ+ or affirming roommates. I'd like to move into the South Durham / Woodcroft area preferably, but I'm open to other areas.

I'm Elizabeth, a 46 year old trans woman. I have lived in the Triangle for 20 years. I spent 17 years working at UNC Chapel Hill in student affairs and event planning. Right now I'm doing food delivery while launching my own event planning business and a late-night bookstore concept. I'm financially stable with savings from my university career.

Fun Fact: I am an organizer of the Triangle Interactive Arts Collective, a group of local indie video and tabletop game developers who support each other's work!

My budget is $700–$800 per person (plus utilities). I am planning to move between October 1st and 15th.

I would like to share a condo, townhouse, or spacious apartment. I'm semi-introverted but friendly. I love an occasional movie, board game, or retro video/card game night a couple of times a month.

I'm a night owl but very quiet and respectful (always use headphones late at night). I keep shared spaces clean and wash my dishes immediately.

I'm a social drinker / light THC user. I never smoke indoors. I have two sweet, short-haired cats who are shy at first but very friendly once settled. They need to be the only pets in the home.
