Looking for a roommate for my 3-bedroom, 2 bath house with fenced in yard and greenhouse that I'm in the process of remodeling. The master bedroom with private bath, private entrance and large walk-in closet rents for $1200. A smaller room with a shared bath rents for $850. Non smoking, non drinkers, non drug users only! I'm a straight man in his 40's that loves family, reading, writing, music, watching movies, art and playing guitar. I live a quiet lifestyle and rarely have guests over to visit or spend the night. I'm looking for a roommate to help pay my mortgage!!! its tough to cover these days! I'm a carpenter by trade and work most days, some days I do work at home, but not much. I have a large dog, but he loves other dogs, cats and people and he is actually a big baby. I will consider a pet with a pet deposit.
