Staircase leads up to one private bedroom with private separate full bathroom and little living room area in between room and bathroom. Bedroom had a cal king size bed already set up. Living room area has a small sectional already in place. Looking for person or couple to live on a short term or month to month. Has to be okay with children, provide background check, pay minimum $800/month which includes utilities, has a job and personal transportation. We prefer no pets but will consider depending om what you have. We ask that your okay with not being a complete stranger in our home, but we all understand boundaries and privacy.
