Dhymon A - $700/month

Looking for something move in ready as soon as the 11th of November. Can schedule to come out Sunday, October,27 any time after 10am. I work full time in financing in Oceanside. My hours are pretty much m-f 10-7 , in bed / asleep by 11:30, Saturdays 10-2 , up late , usually sleep by 1am , off Sunday’s, I try to be out most of the day . I have no car, take public transportation . I have mainly family that tends to check in on me or visit every couple weeks , normally on weekends, and I have one - two friends that might want to come over here and there, all in which I’m very respectful of others space. Please ask as many possible questions you can think of that may cause issues later in renting.
