You’ll have your own bedroom (with good closet space) and bathroom (with a window), as well as the ability to share the home office with me if you need that. The house is modern and simply furnished with a large OLED TV in the living room. Your bedroom and your part of the office are both unfurnished (the photos still have my present roommate’s things in them). Your room has DirectTV connection capabilities if you want that as well. There is an open, modern kitchen and a washer and dryer in the house. The backyard is great for having friends over with pool, jacuzzi, patio furniture and a BBQ. You’ll have a parking space for your car in the garage, as well as ample on-street parking. There are East County partial mountain views from the front porch.

I have a medium-sized dog and am open to a housemate with a dog or a cat, providing our pets get along.

I’m a professional mature gay man: quiet, respectful, clean and neat, COVID aware and careful, responsible, non-smoker, no drugs. Please be one person, employed full-time with verifiable income and good references; no smoking/vaping or drugs, please.

$1350/month includes all utilities, central heat & A/C, hi-speed WiFi, house professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. Month-to-month agreement with 30-day vacancy notice requirement from both sides; $750 security deposit. The share is available beginning October 15th, but the start can be delayed to as late as November 1st.
