I am a small business owner/lawyer who works daily in my downtown office outside of my home.

I like to host small groups of friends occasionally at home but tend to spend the majority of my time active and outdoors when I am not working. My garage is full of fun things like boogie boards, camping gear, and games.

I only have a kitchen because it came with the condo :) -- I am a miserable cook but my favorite restaurants know my take out order.

It would be great to find a working professional roommate who would like to hang out sometimes but totally not required; I've been lucky with past roommies who became lifelong friends.

I run the A/C cold and tidiness is important to me.
