My roommate and I are renewing our lease this month and are looking for one roommate to replace someone who is moving out. The move-in date would be May 15.
The available room is Bedroom B (85 sq ft), which is the smallest room, so it’s the most affordable. We split rent fairly based on square footage, and the cost should be around ~$1,800/month (final number confirmed once the new lease is signed).
