I'm currently attending NYU as a first year grad. I'm looking for a living situation within a reasonable commute to Dumbo. I spend a lot of my time on campus, but I stay home maybe 3 days a week during the semester. I'm typically a night owl, but I am trying to adjust towards a traditional schedule. My dog is a little 19-lb miniature schnauzer. He only barks when someone comes home, and even then it's not very long. Otherwise, he's a gent. I try to take him out three times a day. We'll contribute to keeping all shared living spaces clean and presentable. We hope the same from any roommates. We're center-left politically.

For now, I can only guarantee a stay until December 2022. Bert and I look forward to finding a good setup.
