I am a 36-year-old law student from Austin, attending school out of state, returning home to work over the summer. I rented an Airbnb that kind of blew my budget, but it's a 2/1 so I would love to find a housemate to take the other room.
I'm a gay guy and my boyfriend lives down the road, so I'll split my time between the Airbnb and his house. I have a cat who will be hanging out but he's 11-years-old, lazy, and no bother at all.

I'm looking for someone to rent the other room in my Airbnb this summer! Another summer law intern would be awesome.
About me: From Austin but attending law school out-of-state, returning to ATX for the Summer. I've rented a 2 BR/1 BA Airbnb in the Crestview neighborhood.
Dates available: May 15-August 15.
Price: $800/month, furnished and all-bills-paid. $2000 for all three months if you pay in advance.
Near Airport & Koenig. A 20-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride to the Crestview train station, 15-minute drive or 30-minute bike ride to downtown.
You would pay me since I've already paid. You must have (or create) an Airbnb account so that you can be added to the reservation.
This is a duplex and there are neighbors on an adjacent wall so we must be considerate about noise. No candles or incense. The washer and dryer are shared with the renters on the other side of the duplex so the landlord asks that clothes not be left in the washer or dryer when they are finished washing.
LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly but absolutely no smoking or vaping on the premises. No parties, be quiet and respectful of the neighbors, etc. Another law student would be awesome!
I know the images are practically worthless, but that's all that was on the Airbnb listing. Location is unbeatable!
