Timothy L - $800/month

I'm male, 28, and I make rent by working near full-time handling inventory at the Microsoft Store at The Domain, with a day or two on the side at the Target in Cedar Park. I'm looking into getting my CompTIA cert so I can switch over to something IT-related (even though I prefer software development) but my main pursuit is being a student at ACC trying to get my Computer Science degree. I'll be honest in that I tend to be fairly busy and I'm out of the house a lot for school and work when I'm not studying. Usually the day or two I'm off, I'm usually gaming (or at Alamo Drafthouse if a good movie is on) though I try not to be too noisy. I think my current roommate likes it because it's like he's getting rent for someone that barely lives here. The nice thing is that since I've paid him through Square Cash every month, it's an easy way to show you my rent payments since May 2017.

I like to think I'm reasonably clean. I absolutely leave common areas clean, but my room tends to be a different story. Most of my mess is usually kept to my own area and not around others, though that might be due to the current smaller living space I'm in where I have a lot less room than the previous space I lived in a couple of years ago. As such, I'm curious to the size of closet space and such.

I don't have any pets, am also highly allergic to cats anyway, only allergic to dogs enough in that I can be around them, I just can't pet them (but this isn't that big of a deal as I've lived with one the majority of my life). I usually end up not having a lot of time to cook due to the busy schedule I have, but I do like to occasionally do so when I get the chance. I tend to end up tossing a frozen pizza or TV dinner in the oven though because of time constraints.
