Looking for roommate in Center City, Philly

Hi y’all!
I currently live in a two bedroom/ two bath in center city at 1900 Arch. My roommate is moving out in December and looking for find someone to replace him.
I love the apartment and amenities in the building. Hard wood floors, in unit washer/ dryer, modern appliances, rooftop area, lounge area w fireplace & pool, workout room.
Great location right across the street from the four seasons and walkable anywhere you might need in the city.
I’m a corporate pilot and gone for roughly half the month and am home for the other half.
I’m 23 and looking for someone roughly my age. I am clean & organized. Enjoy going out, traveling, running/ biking.
