We have a huge living room, huge dining room, and a huge kitchen. I have a housemate that lives upstairs. We are laid back yet driven young professionals with a positive attitude and happy outlook on life. The house has tons of windows and sunshine. We often cook large delicious meals and love to share...your grocery expenses will be minimal!

We also have two decks with two grills. I'm looking for an easy going roommate to share the first floor with. For the size and location of this house, the rent is an absolute steal!
