I am a nice, reliable, considerate artist type, and am seeking someone reliable and considerate. I’ve lived here for a couple of years and love it.

Move in cost is a one time $70 fee, plus a $40 credit check, and you must pay first month’s rent to secure the room. We will be signing a lease.
