Hi! I'm Vivianne. I'm looking for a roommate to split a 2 bedroom in the Astoria/Woodside/Sunnyside area. Potential move in date is October 1st.

I'm a calm, laid-back human being who enjoys nights in on the couch binge watching the latest Netflix hits but I also enjoy the occasional night out with margaritas, tacos or wine. I genuinely enjoy cleaning and believe the saying that a clean home is a happy home - there will always be Clorox wipes, Swiffer pads, lysol, air wick/febreze plug ins, and candles. Oh, and a duster of course.

I don't cook much in my current place and mostly order meal prep/takeout. I am a huge coffee lover, love to go for long walks in the park, run/do yoga, read, ride my Peloton, catch live music whenever I can, and simply enjoy all the city has to offer (museums, restaurants, flea markets, concerts, etc.)

I work in Manhattan and go in twice a week so there will be days I WFH in my room. I preferably would like to stay in the Astoria, Queens area as it is a neighborhood I've fallen in love with but is also close to my family members.

Also a firm believer in treating others the way you want to be treated - will certainly respect my future roommate's space and privacy and expect a mutual trust/understanding in return.
