I'm looking for 2 roommates for a brand new 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Flatbush. The apartment has heat/AC in every room and a dishwasher. The building has laundry, a rooftop, parking, storage, and a lounge. 2 blocks from the 2/5 at Beverly.

Looking to fill these rooms ASAP.

1 queen/king room is available for $1100 a month. It's huge with a big window and big closet.

Next to it is a full/queen room with a big closet and a floor-to-ceiling window for $950 a month.

I'm a 24 year old female working 9-5 in midtown. I'm friendly, clean, and respectful and I'm looking for roommates who are too. I have a sweet older cat who is well behaved so you must be ok with pets.

You will be signing a lease so you must have good credit and income.
