1 room is available in our 4 BR Sunset Park apartment. We are the second (top) floor in a two-story house. Full kitchen with dishwasher and a large common area. Laundry is in the building and the park is just outside our door! We also have access to a backyard which is shared with only one other apartment.
THE ROOM: $700/month. Medium-sized room with two closets (but no window). Located off the living room and pictured with a full bed. Move in available Dec. 1, Dec. 15 or Jan 1.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Sunset Park is just outside our door and has beautiful views of the city (plus a Green Market and full rec center with a pool). We are also very close to Greenwood Cemetery, which is a beautiful, historic place to take walks. 4th and 5th avenues are packed with amazing Mexican/Latin food, and 7th and 8th avenues are known as Brooklyn’s Chinatown. We are also a 15 minute walk from Industry City.
Trains:
8 min walk to the R train at 45th St.
10 min walk to the D train at 9th Ave
10 min walk to the DNR trains at 36th St.
