About Me

Hello! The living situation is 3 roommates looking for a 4th to fill the ground floor bedroom. Our names are Jen, Paul, and Davin and we are all great friends. Jen, Paul, and Davin all live on the 2nd floor of the brownstone. The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor along with the kitchen, living room, 2nd bathroom, and the door to the backyard. We also have private access to the basement which has a washer and dryer and has been built into 4 separate units to be used as studios/office spaces. Jen is an artist and has worked as an art handler. She uses the basement as her art studio, and has a 2 year old black lab mix named Ruth. Ruth is really sweet and playful. Paul is a freelance photographer and artist, and Davin is a writer and musician. We all try to be quiet and respectful of each other in the early mornings/late at night, watch movies together, sometimes cook dinner together, and try to be clean and tidy. We really like communication and need a roommate that can voice things that bother them and that doesn't mind pitching in to keep the kitchen and living room clean.
