Tuscan style 2-bedroom house in Ocean Beach

My name is Ioan ("Yo-an"), and I am a 29 year-old medical resident looking for someone to join me in a 2-bed ground floor townhouse in Ocean Beach (~1000 sq ft). The property is gated and gardened regularly, has only 4 units in total, is 3 blocks from the beach (you can hear the waves at night and get a great ocean breeze), and comes with your own parking space. The building is designed in a Tuscan style and shares only the ceiling with neighbors. It is recently renovated with golden pine floors, cherry cabinets, granite counters, central heat, and in-unit washer/dryer.

It is mostly furnished, with the exception of the bedroom for rent (a comfortable futon-bed is available at no extra cost if desired). The unit comes with a large TV, strong WiFi, smart lights and speakers, just about every streaming service, and one very friendly medium-sized dog.

Rent of the available room is $1200/month plus half of the utilities (gas, electric, internet) and a refundable $1000 deposit. Length of rent is negotiable, though longer would be preferred.
