Added $ for the extra office space. Room is 12×14. Office space connected is 8x7. 10 month lease (April 2025)

I am 31 years old, work nights, and like to hang at home but do go to shows occasionally. I have a dog named Jasper. He is 12 yr old and super friendly. So no other animals. Looking for someone in their 30s that will tolerate me and loves Jasper (which is everyone does). DM if interested.
