I keep the apartment rather tidy and have plants in the living room. I’m very busy but will make time for a roommate that wants to be friends/ get to know one another :) additionally I’m very covid conscious. Roommate MUST be LGBT+ friendly as my girlfriend is around several times a week.

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to fill the large sunny bedroom in the charming 2bed I’m currently in. It has a walk-in closet and windows that fill an entire wall. Suitable for a king or queen size bed! The bathroom, kitchen and living room are all shared/ furnished besides some odds and ends belonging to my previous roommate. Landlord is not fond of dogs but might be able to be won over by an ESA cat.
