Hi everyone! I am looking for a preferably female roommate to take over my lease for my room in a 4br/2ba apartment in Brookline. We’re all mid-twenties working professionals and students and we are looking for someone who is neat, non-smoking, is respectful of other people's space, and is COVID conscious. We would prefer someone who is either a grad student or a young professional. The apartment is overall quiet and a great space to work from home!
