2 Rooms Available:
First room is a mid size bedroom with a wide desk, full size bed. The bedroom does not have a window. The apartment is very clean.

Second room is a large bedroom with 2 windows and a queen size bed for $1150 per month

Rent includes all utilities & wifi. The only thing that that is not covered is the oven. The stove is included in the rent.

It's a shared bathroom among you, me, and my roommate.

Roommate must be able to keep common area clean (includes cleaning appliances after use). This is not a hotel. There is no housekeeping staff or maid in the apartment.

I invest in quality properties, appliances, and amenities. You will be living in a quality space with peace and quiet. This is a place for responsible people with house duty diligence, considerate of roommates, and not wasteful.

I ask my roommates to be mindful of sharing the space and any of my property. Please do not abuse my appliances and expenses because I am covering for anything you do in my apartment.

Building amenities include yoga Room, gym, game room, laundry, movie theater, etc.
