Hi, I’m 34 years old and work for an actress on a popular tv show. Pretty laid back and quiet at home. Respectful of common spaces and not spending forever in the bathroom. Non-smoker who rarely has guests over. Looking for a long term room preferably no more than 40 minutes from Columbus Circle. My budget is $900, but can go to $1,000 if utilities are included or if the room is walking distance to work. I’m not around much during filming weeks, so there will be times when you may not see me until Sunday. When not working I spend times with friends, go see stand up comedy or theatre shows, check out random fun events, etc. I love traveling and collect magnets from the countries I’ve been to.
