Hey Y'all

We; Grant (M28) and Noelle F(28) are two professional actors working side jobs to make a living. I'm more of an early bird, clean, organized, and prefer to keep noises to a minimum past 10pm.

Noelle is more of a late owl who occasionally does a little singing in the apartment, though usually when no one is home. We're both thoughtful of our roommates and know when to give each other space. We both like to vibe with our roommates and do a little socializing at home with the occasional drink, but we also live our own lives.

We're not ones to bring the party home and once in a blue moon we'll have a dinner party or the occasional overnight guest but ensure to communicate that.

We prefer someone who is also clean, organized, thoughtful, communicative and just a good vibe.
