Looking to add a roommate for remaining 9 month lease

Looking for a roommate ASAP but flexible on date. You would get your own bedroom with connecting private full bathroom, both unfurnished. I have a dog and cat so I can't really accept any pets although I might be able to if you have a cat that stays in your room full time. The apartment has a W/D, fireplace and a small patio area that opens out to a lg grassy shared backyard. The complex has a pool, hot tub, fitness room and basketball court. There's trash pickup at our door 6 mornings per week and easy 24/7 package pickup. The monthly cost of $1249 includes rent, water, sewer, trash, electricity. I have a phone/internet combo plan and would be okay with you using the Internet without an extra charge.
