Easy commute to Seattle or Tacoma!
You can have two bedrooms (and three closets!) in a three-bedroom house on a quiet cul-de-sac for $1,000 a month rent (I pay the other $1,000). Yard, gardens, driveway, two-car garage, decks, laundry room. Lots of light. Two full bathrooms.
