I live in a large home in Vista and am looking to share it with 2-3 other people. I am a retired professional that loves animals, nature, gardening, traveling, walking, and spending time with my two dogs. I have my own separate living space with my dogs, but I may occasionally come downstairs to access the garage and using the washer and dryer.
Pets aren’t allowed, as it can create complications with my dogs and the other housemates. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with other pet owners due to their negligence and irresponsibility. My well-behaved dogs will only use the shared yard, so anyone living here must be comfortable with them and this arrangement.

A co-living household where you get to share this beautiful and spacious property. It is perched on a hill with daily view of the sunset and hills of Vista. You are close to the 78 Fwy and 5 Fwy., the drive to Oceanside and Carlsbad Beach is about 15 minutes away. Downtown Vista is about 7 minutes away. The amenities include fast Wi-Fi. You can see gorgeous sunsets on different parts of the property.
Room 2 and 3 - Two furnished bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. Each room rents for $1200/mo.
Or rent together to get a private bathroom. You can rent the other bedroom as an office space and/or use for storage at a discount.
The shared common areas are downstairs kitchen, hallway, living room, entry, and hath bath downstairs, and backyard. You will be sharing the interior common areas with two other people. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The garage has a washer and dryer. Parking is on the driveway. There are two long-time resident dogs on the property, so you must be comfortable with this. No other dogs or cats are permitted for various reasons.
All room include all utilities, except phone. A minimum term of 3 months. Must have good credit, sufficient income, rental history, no evictions, or criminal record. You just provide your own linen, towels, and personal care items
