Hi! I'm looking for a kind, easy going, and responsible single female roommate.

I have a private, unfurnished bedroom with a private bathroom in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Vista (North County). Rent is $1,350/month, utilities included, plus a $1,000 deposit. The room is available immediately.

I’m pretty laid back and like things relaxed and comfortable at home. I work full time and usually spend my evenings unwinding and watching TV. I’m not into partying or drinking, I just prefer chill good vibes :)

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me and my very chill 11 year old daughter (only here 50% of the time). We also have a small, sweet dog. I may consider another small pet if you have one 🐕🐈 The complex has a gym, two pools, and 2 hot tubs available for you to use.

Just looking for someone who wants a quiet, peaceful place to call home!
