I have a place in Gresham. I am looking for a roommate to move in by December 1st. The rent is 800 a month plus half of the utilities. 500 Deposit but if an issue we can discuss it. The room is not furnished. Walking distance to MHCC, and grocery stores. Quiet, clean home. Hi-Speed Fiber Optic Internet. On Line 20, 80, and 81 bus lines. LGBT friendly. Own private bath. The place has a backyard and is really nice. The house is furnished. I have the master bedroom with its own bathroom. So the other bathroom would be yours. The kitchen has all modern appliances including an air fryer. We have a huge TV with Roku and every channel. HBOMax, Paramount plus, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, and Amazon. Spotify. Albertson's and Safeway are a mile away. I don't drive, so the parking space would be yours. There's a garage and a storage shed with lawn equipment and we have a vacuum. Small pets, ok. If they do any damage, you have to pay for repairs.

No background check is required if a deposit is paid. It's month to month, no lease. Move in on 1st of December.

I do not drink, smoke, or do any drugs. I do not care if you do, but smoke outside only.
