I work quite a bit during the weekdays but like to get out of the house on the weekends and enjoy nature as much as possible. I like to keep my house clean and usually devote half a Sunday to clean the floors, kitchen, bathroom a bit. You might catch me cooking something for meal prep after gym days (usually 3 days a week). Or chilling on the couch watching TV or playing Xbox after a long days at work. I am overall pretty chill/understanding person and just ask for the same respect back. I don't mind sharing spaces and if you would like to have a friend over just give me a heads up so I know. Let's chill, grill out, watch some football, maybe go do some fishing if you're interested!

Room for Rent in East Charlotte (1 BED + 1 BATH) w/ Shared Office Space

Hey I am looking for a roommate in East Charlotte (Idlewild South) which is only 20 minutes from uptown and about 30 minutes to any other part of Charlotte. You will have your own bedroom, closet, bathroom, and a shared office space to use at your disclosure. The house has a large back deck perfect for cornhole or other outdoor games. There is a grill that can be shared as well. The kitchen can be shared but I do expect you to clean up after each use. New Samsung washer/dryers that will be shared. The driveway has enough room for 1 more vehicle.

I would prefer to find a roommate with similar interests to me so we can get along and possibly hangout sometime I am free! I am into anything outdoors and do like to play video games at night. My main hobbies are fishing, dirt bike riding, and working on vehicles. I do have a powered shed that can be shared if you had some type of hobby that would require a workspace.

The rent would be $1000 a month plus the gas/water bill would be transferred to your name. I will cover the electric and internet bill. I do not have any cable services, but you can feel free to set one up.
