I am looking for an unfurnished bedroom with a private bath under $850/mo by October 3rd.

Looking to share a space with one other person, preferable in a furnished home, with an unfurnished bedroom/private bathroom and outdoor space that is covered.

I am a mature, quiet, clean, respectful person that is looking for the same, female preferred.

I work full time, 7:30 - 4pm, enjoying my evenings to relax and unwind from a stressful job. I love sleeping in a bit on weekends and I'm mostly at my pottery studio, fishing our out with family and friends.

I need it to be in Indian Trail, Matthews, Ballantyne, or Pineville area to be close to work and art studio.
