Emlyn - $950/month

Hey everyone, my name's Emlyn (EM-lin, he/him)! I’m a 26 yo white trans man working in theatre and as a college test prep tutor moving to nyc from the bay area (went to college out in ny).

I'm looking for a short or long term move in between April 15 - May 1! Later is fine too but hoping for asap. I'm sober and wouldn't want smoking in the house and would ask that paraphernalia be kept out of common spaces. Hoping for a home that's clean, creative, communicative, and balanced between social and alone time. I also have a 19 lb scruffy terrier mix named Merlin. He looooves other dogs and is v interested in cats (still learning to be respectful but he listens very well)!

Other tidbits--I like trying new things, native plants, hiking, reading (especially speculative fiction), dancing, and general silliness hehe 🙂
