This feels like a dating profile. I love music, food, craft beer, people, my doggie, taking walks, new experiences, creating nostalgia.

I rate myself as having average cleanliness, but I don't want to live with slobs. I'm the type of person who needs to isolate for a day or two and then is spontaneous the next few days. I am reliable and loyal!

I'm in Nashville currently looking for a change in scenery, and I've always wanted to live in NYC! Will be looking for employment at a restaurant and finding time to visit the local music spots. I'm a songwriter/singer/piano player/guitar player so I will occasionally make noise during the day. I'm not a partier. I try to go to bed by 11 pm, and will probably not be making music noise after like 9-10.

I preferably do not want to pay more than $800 for rent but I *can* do $900.

My dog is so cute and such a good girl. She is generally sleepy but does have her hyper moments. About 30 pounds, so not a large dog but not a tiny girl either.

I'm really trying to find creative roommates like me who will understand that I will be playing & singing sometimes.
