I'm currently a freelance fashion designer and live with my dear long time roommate who is an NYC based artist. We are a quiet household and are gone most of the time (these days mostly working from home), we don't like to bring the party home. We are off the Bushwick-Aberdeen L, and the Chauncey J stop, close walk to the Rockaway C stop. The rest of the apartment, living room, kitchen, bathroom etc are furnished.
Willing to do short term lease! $850 wifi and utilities included. The security deposit is $630 both due before move in.
The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms that are split between 3 people the another bathroom is private for 1 of my roommates. We also have a cute cat who mostly just sleeps on the couch.
