Hi, my name is Asher (he/him), and I’ve lived in Washington Heights for the past 3 years ☺️

Looking to rent a room in the neighborhood. I have recently started a full-time job as a Fashion Buyer at Ross Stores, after graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology in May. I love to explore the neighborhood and go to parks and restaurants, so it would be great to have a roommate to do those fun outings with 🤗 I love open communication and definitely prioritize being empathetic and considerate of who I’m sharing a living space with.

I have an amazing boyfriend who usually stays with me during the week. Sometimes we alternate and I stay with him in the weekends. He is super helpful and loves to clean and help me out around the apartment (he makes a mean porkchop 😁). I would love for us to have a great rapport and friendship with my future roommate.

My current lease ends August 31, so ideally I’d love to find someone in the area that I could move in with beforehand.
