Huge Bedroom for rent in gorgeous duplex

HUGE bedroom available in an amazing brownstone parlor/garden duplex! Located on the ground floor, you will have your own separate entrance, a huge closet, and lots of privacy - my bedroom is upstairs. The kitchen and dining areas are also on the ground floor (and obviously shared) though the "dining room" is big enough to also serve as your personal den/living space, plus there is a lovely shared backyard space through the kitchen. Lots of windows so it's not dark at all, all of which are secure (can't be accessed from outside) plus AC units for summer months. The washer/dryer unit is in the basement where you can also keep items in storage! Heat and hot water included in rent, so we'll split the electric, gas, and internet. You will have to be added to the lease (landlord's policy) so this is not a month to month situation.

I work from home so while I am around during most days, I'm usually upstairs as my home office is attached to my bedroom. I keep normal hours so please be considerate noise-wise.
