Hi, looking for a roommate to fill the master bedroom in my newly renovated East Village apartment starting October 1, 2024. The master bedroom is available for $1,975 per month.
I'm a standard guy who likes sports, keeps things clean, and doesn't smoke. I've been living in NYC for around 3 years, working full-time after college. I'm looking for a respectful, mature roommate who doesn't mind an apartment on the smaller side.
I don't have a pet and have no plans to get one, but the building is pet-friendly, and I’m open to having one around.
