Hi I'm Andrew. Moving to the city to be an Research Analyst at a Real Estate consulting firm in Tribeca. I'll only have to be in a max of two days a week so open to places in Brooklyn and Queens that are reasonably accessible to Manhattan. Also because I'll be WFH so often, looking for a roommate that will respect those hours of quiet when I need to do work.

I'm a pretty lowkey person. My weekends are equally filled with enjoying restaurants/bars and just relaxing watching tv/reading. Former football player at Brown University so love working out and staying active.

I've lived with roommates all throughout college and am big on clean shared space, open communication, and timely rent.
