I am a non smoking/non drinking part time father with 2 jobs. I do smoke cannabis but it’s the only mind altering substance I touch. I am extremely clean and prefer no pets since my furniture is mad expensive. I own firearms that remain locked in a safe except for my EDC. My son will be visiting so I prefer someone who either has kids that live with them or also understands being a parent and won’t be annoyed by a toddler. I can pass a background check and my credit score is near 700, I’m never late on bills. I have 2 jobs but only one of them is on paper since the landscaping company I work for part time pays under the table.
